Who we are

PaylinePilot is an independent site that reviews slots, crash games and instant games. The Philippine edition focuses on the titles Filipino players actually open, from JILI's Super Ace and Fortune Gems 2 to Aviator, Mines and the Pragmatic Play series, and it prices every example in pesos. We are not a casino. We accept no bets, keep no player balances and run no game for real money.

Our review routine

1. Start with the official demo. We load the provider's own demo build and play the base game long enough to see the features, and where possible the free spins round.
2. Copy the numbers from the rules screen. Return to player, maximum win, bet limits and buy prices come from the in-game help pages. Symbol values come from the paytable.
3. Treat every edition as its own game. A 1000 or Super Scatter remake can change the maths completely, so we never carry figures over from the original.
4. Convert examples into pesos. Stakes of ₱10, ₱20, ₱100 or ₱500 are run through the exact multipliers the game shows.

How we cover the rules in the Philippines

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the state regulator for gaming, and it licenses online platforms that serve players located in the Philippines, with 21 as the minimum age. Offshore gaming aimed at foreign markets, the POGO sector, was banned by Executive Order No. 74 in November 2024 and made permanent by the Anti-POGO Act of 2025. Congress is still debating proposals that range from tighter rules to a full ban on online gambling. We report these facts neutrally, we point out when an operator is licensed abroad rather than by PAGCOR, and we never suggest VPNs or other ways to get around a block.
