How we checked. Both pin-up.casino and the mirror its own footer links to, pin-up.world, displayed the message that the site is not available in your country from both locations we used, including the United States. The block page still shows the operator footer, so the company and licence details below come straight from it and from the Curaçao regulator's public registry, checked in September 2026. The Curaçao Gaming Authority registry dated August 31, 2026 lists Carletta N.V. as a B2C licensee under the same number, with an issue date of December 24, 2025, no expiry date and the status Indefinite. The registry does not explain why its date differs from the footer, but the licence number on the site matches the regulator's list, which is the check that matters.
