Licence and safety
Here PlayAmo needs a closer look. The site footer says the casino is owned and operated by SAPHIRIX SOLUTIONS SRL, a Costa Rica company (registration 3-102-933997), under licence number 0000091 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The terms and conditions, last updated 10 March 2026, instead name Novatrix SRL (registration 3-102-893958) with licence number 0000002 from the same regulator. An older FAQ block on the homepage still says Novatrix operates under Curaçao law.
We checked the regulator's public list of licence holders: both Saphirix Solutions S.R.L and Novatrix S.R.L appear there, with Saphirix valid until August 2027. So a Tobique licence is in place, but the mismatch suggests the operating company changed and not every page was updated. For complaints that the casino cannot resolve, the terms point to EGIS, an alternative dispute resolution service working under Tobique rules.
The terms also contain rules you should know before depositing: every deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal, duplicate accounts (same address, IP or device) can be closed with winnings voided, VPN use is banned, and accounts idle for 12 months are charged a 25 EUR monthly dormancy fee.

Two alternatives replace the first-deposit offer. The first crypto deposit bonus (code CRYPTO) is 200% up to 1,000 $/EUR. The core rules:
- Wagering: x50 on all deposit bonuses and on free-spin winnings. Your own money is played first on a match bonus.

A worked example: you deposit 100 EUR with FIRSTDEP and receive 100 EUR bonus. The x50 requirement means 5,000 EUR in slot wagers. At a 1.00 stake that is 5,000 spins; at the 5.00 maximum, 1,000 spins. Clear it on blackjack and only 5% counts, so you would need 100,000 EUR in bets. Treat the offer as slot-only. Put those numbers in context: 4,000 CP means 120,000 EUR in slot turnover for a 50 EUR prize. VIP rewards are a thank-you for volume, not a reason to play more.

The payments page says PlayAmo aims to process withdrawals within 12 hours, while the terms promise processing within 72 hours of approval. The "instant" label applies after that internal step. Rolling limits apply: 4,000 per day, 16,000 per seven days and 50,000 per 30 days in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD or NZD. Progressive jackpots are paid in full.
