The terms say the service is owned by Rain Group Ltd, a limited liability company registered in Anjouan with registration number 16077 and licensed in Anjouan for online games of chance. The structured data on the home page names a different entity, RBGAMING N.V., under the same Anjouan licence issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. We rely on the terms, since that is the contract you accept, but the mismatch is worth knowing about.
Rainbet's own pages do not print the licence number, but several independent reviews give it as ALSI-152406029-FI2, held by RBGAMING N.V. with company number 16077, issued in June 2024 and valid to June 2027. We could not confirm it in the Anjouan register ourselves, so check the validation seal before you deposit. The free spins are credited on Sweet Bonanza. Wagering is 40x on deposit plus bonus. On a $100 first deposit you get $100 extra and must wager $200 x 40 = $8,000 before the bonus money is yours. While the offer is active your maximum bet is 2% of the deposit, so $2 a spin in this example, and slots with an RTP above 97.4% are excluded.
Path two: No Wager Lock
This one has no rollover. You get up to a 100% bonus on a deposit between $30 and $700, and it is released as you play using the formula wager amount x 1% x 20%. That means every bet unlocks 0.2% of its size: a $1 spin frees $0.002, and releasing a full $100 bonus takes $50,000 of wagering. Whatever unlocks is withdrawable straight away. Rules that apply to both
