Bottom line

Three different bonus rounds in one line slot is generous, and Endorphina states the top value of each. The downside is that nothing is scatter-driven, so you never know how close you are to a feature. With high volatility, treat it as a slot for long, steady sessions at a modest peso stake.

Plus points
  • One bonus per sloth, three rounds in total
  • Pop and Win adds a 1,000x Ultra prize when all 15 cells fill
  • Free Games give 30 spins to start, with room for more
  • Clear 96.08% RTP from the provider
Watch out for
  • Features start at random, with no scatter count to track
  • No official overall maximum win
  • Long quiet stretches come with the high rating

Before anything else: in the Philippines, PAGCOR is the regulator for real-money online gaming, so stick to PAGCOR-licensed sites and play only if you are 21 or older. Online gaming rules are currently under review, which makes checking a site's licence your first step. The demo here uses play money, not pesos.

Meet Sloth Game

The game landed on 6 May 2026, according to the release post from Endorphina, which holds a Malta licence. It is a classic five-reel, three-row video slot with 30 fixed paylines, an RTP of 96.08% and a High volatility label. The provider quotes the stake range in euros, from 0.30 to 135 per spin, and the operator shows the matching peso limits in its own bet menu.

The setting is a lazy tropical jungle. On a branch above the reels sit three sloths in different colours: blue clutching a beer, pink chewing gum, green puffing a cigar. Below them the reels are full of snack food. Burgers, popcorn, pizza and donuts make up the premium set, while A, K, Q and J cover the lower tier. It looks laid back, but there is a lot going on: a Wild, three Token types, the Pile Feature, a trio of bonus rounds plus a card gamble.

One spin from start to finish

  1. Pick your total stake. All 30 lines are always in play, so you never set the line count.
  2. The reels stop and wins are read from left to right along each line. The Open Refrigerator Wild lands only on reels 2 to 5 and covers for all symbols apart from Bonus symbols and Tokens.
  3. A beer, gum or cigar Token may cover a regular symbol. Once the Token flies away, whatever was hidden under it is revealed and may finish a paying line.
  4. Each Token heads for its own sloth. The blue sloth wants beer, the pink one gum and the green one the cigar. Endorphina calls this part Lucky Time.
  5. Whenever a sloth receives its item, it has a random chance to start its bonus. Two bonuses never start together.
  6. After a paying spin you can bank the win or take it to the Risk Game.

The Pile Feature acts as the on-screen layer of all this: the sloths swell as their bonus builds. Think of it as a mood meter, not a counter. A big sloth does not promise that a feature is about to land.

Symbols and published values

Endorphina only gives two exact figures on its game page. A full line of Double Burgers is worth 40x the base bet; the same line of Popcorn Boxes gives 30x. Endorphina leaves the term base bet undefined, line or total, so open the paytable inside the game. It converts every combination into credits at your chosen bet, which settles the question in seconds.

A, K, Q, JCard ranksValues listed in the in-game paytable
Open RefrigeratorWild (never on reel 1)Stands in for all symbols except Bonus and Token icons
Beer, Gum, CigarTokensLift off to show the symbol beneath, then fly to a sloth

One practical detail: since reel 1 never shows the Wild, every line still needs a genuine symbol in the first column. Stacks of Burgers or Popcorn on the leftmost reel are therefore worth more attention than they would be in a slot where the Wild can land anywhere.

Free Games and the blue sloth

Feed the blue sloth a beer and it may award the Free Games round. You begin with 30 free spins at the same stake that triggered them. More free games can be added along the way, and the pink and green sloths can still fire their own bonuses inside the round. One of the provider's screenshots has the counter at 5 of 60, proof that the round can run well past its opening 30.

Thirty spins is a generous starting length compared with most current releases, giving line wins plenty of room to pile up. Any extra bonus from the pink or green sloth during the round is a feature stacked on a feature. Example at ₱10 per spin: line hits across the round add up to ₱150, then the green sloth opens Pick Me and you land Crunch at 30x, worth ₱300. The whole round returns ₱450, or 45 times your stake.

Pop and Win, the Hold and Win round

The pink sloth with the gum is the one that can start Pop and Win. The round opens with five Bonus symbols already on the 5x3 grid. After that, only Bonus symbols and blanks appear. Every Bonus symbol that lands sticks, and the open cells keep spinning. Each one carries a value, shown here for a ₱20 stake:

Bonus symbolPays (times total bet)At ₱20
Regular values1x to 10x, or 15x₱20 to ₱200, or ₱300
MIN jackpot30x₱600
MID jackpot50x₱1,000
MAX jackpot250x₱5,000
ULTRA (all 15 cells filled)1,000x₱20,000

Endorphina's own screenshot of the round, taken at a 30 EUR bet, shows 900, 1,500, 7,500 and 30,000 for the four jackpots, which confirms the multipliers above. A worked case at ₱20: the opening five symbols read 3x, 1x, 6x, 2x and a MID jackpot. Two more stick, worth 5x and 15x, and then the grid stops filling. Add it up: 3 + 1 + 6 + 2 + 50 + 5 + 15 = 82x, so the round pays ₱1,640. If every one of the 15 cells fills, the 1,000x ULTRA prize is paid in addition to the values on the board.

Pick Me and the green sloth

Hand the green sloth its cigar and it may start Pick Me. Twenty chocolates fill the screen, each hiding one of four award symbols. You open chocolates one by one to reveal what is underneath and chase an award. In the official screenshot, every award has three markers that light up as matching pieces turn up.

AwardValue (x total bet)At ₱20
Blaze1,000x₱20,000
Haze200x₱4,000
Chill50x₱1,000
Crunch30x₱600

Even the lowest award, Crunch, returns 30 times your bet, which is a decent result from a single feature. Blaze matches the Pop and Win ULTRA prize, so the game offers two different routes to a 1,000x hit. That pair of big ceilings goes a long way toward explaining the High volatility rating.

The Risk Game and your stake

Any win can be taken to Endorphina's card Risk Game. The dealer turns over one card, you choose one of four hidden cards, and a higher card doubles your money. You may keep going for up to 10 rounds. A ₱40 win doubled twice becomes ₱160, but a single losing card wipes it out. A sensible personal rule is to gamble only small wins, and only once.

The game has no feature buy and no ante bet. Every bonus has to come from the reels, so your only real decision is the stake. Because the minimum is so low, long sessions at a small peso bet are perfectly realistic.

Who will enjoy it

If sticky money symbols are your thing, Sloth Game shares some of the spirit of Money Train 2, although it uses fixed jackpot tiers instead of persistent collectors. If you like a visible trigger such as landing three scatters, the random Lucky Time system can feel a little frustrating. For a line slot with fixed jackpots but no pick round, compare it with Wolf Gold.

In short, this suits players who like surprises and do not mind waiting. If you prefer to see exactly how far you are from a bonus, the sloths will test your patience.

Practise in the free demo

Endorphina hosts an official demo, which opens right here in the demo block. See our demo guide for the basics, then use your play credits to answer a few questions:

  • What do five Double Burgers pay at the stake you plan to use?
  • How often do Tokens appear, and how often does a sloth actually turn one into a bonus?
  • How many free games do you end up playing once extra spins are counted?
  • Which RTP is shown in the rules screen? An operator may run a build other than the 96.08% default.

Before moving to pesos, set a loss limit and a time limit. Each spin stands alone, and no sloth size or pattern makes the next bonus more likely.

Questions Filipino players ask

Which studio built Sloth Game, and what is its release date?

Endorphina made it, with the release announced on 6 May 2026. The game runs on five reels and three rows with 30 fixed lines, set in a jungle where three sloth characters each hold the key to one bonus round.

What are the RTP and volatility?

Endorphina publishes a 96.08% RTP and a High volatility rating. Some operators load a different build, so check the rules screen inside the game before betting real pesos.

How are the bonus rounds triggered?

Tokens land on the reels and fly up to the sloths: the blue sloth takes beer, pink takes gum, green takes the cigar. Each delivery gives that sloth a random chance to launch its bonus. Two features never run together.

How many free games does the round give?

The blue sloth's round opens with 30 free games played at the bet that set it off. Extra free games can be won inside it, and the two other sloth bonuses remain possible while it runs.

What jackpots can Sloth Game pay?

Pop and Win has MIN 30x, MID 50x and MAX 250x, plus the ULTRA 1,000x for filling all 15 cells. Pick Me offers Blaze 1,000x, Haze 200x, Chill 50x and Crunch 30x. On a ₱20 bet, 1,000x equals ₱20,000.

Is there a bonus buy?

No. Endorphina lists neither a feature buy nor an ante bet. Every bonus comes from Lucky Time on the reels, and the single optional extra is gambling a win on cards.

Is real-money Sloth Game allowed in the Philippines?

It falls under PAGCOR, which licenses real-money online gaming. You need to be 21 or over and use a PAGCOR-licensed platform. Since the online gaming framework is under review, confirm the licence first. The demo costs nothing.
