What Bigger Bass Bonanza is

Bigger Bass Bonanza arrived in September 2021 as the direct sequel to Big Bass Bonanza, developed with Reel Kingdom. The setting moves to a neon harbor with a Miami feel, but the real change is structural: five reels now show four rows each, and the game pays across 12 fixed lines instead of 10. The published RTP stays at 96.71%, and the maximum win climbs to 4,000x the stake.

How a spin works, step by step

1. Choose the stake. It always covers all 12 paylines. In the demo build, total stakes run from 0.12 to 240; your operator's limits are shown in the game rules.
2. The reels stop and fill 20 positions on the 5x4 grid.
3. Lines are checked from the leftmost reel. The top symbol pays from two in a row; the rest need three or more.
4. The fisherman wild substitutes for regular symbols in the base game.
5. Scatters count anywhere. Three, four or five of them start the bonus with 10, 15 or 20 free spins.

The extra row matters more than it looks. Each reel shows a third more symbols, so a line has more chances to connect, and the bonus grid has more room for money fish when the feature starts.

Every wild also goes onto a meter above the reels. Each fourth wild retriggers the round with 10 extra spins and raises the collection multiplier:

The jump from 3x to 10x is the heart of the round. Reach the final level with spins left and even ordinary fish become serious money. The goldfish is the other route to a big result: one collection of it is the full 4,000x on its own.

A worked bonus example

Take a 1.20 stake and a bonus started by four scatters, so 15 free spins.

• Spin 3: fish of 5x, 10x and 2x land with one fisherman. He collects 17x, a win of 20.40.
• Spin 7: your fourth wild arrives, adding 10 spins and switching the multiplier to 2x. The next fisherman collects fish of 25x and 5x, so 30x doubled, a win of 72.00.
• Spin 14: now at 3x after the eighth wild, two fishermen land with a single 50x fish. Each collects it, 100x in total, tripled to 300x, a win of 360.00.

The collections add up to 20.40 + 72.00 + 360.00 = 452.40, before any line wins, which is about 377x the stake. Had that last spin come after the twelfth wild, the same screen would have paid 1,000x on its own. That is how the ladder shapes the whole round.

Reading a bonus while it plays

Because the cash values are random, two rounds with the same number of spins can end far apart. It helps to watch three numbers instead of the running total. First, the wild meter: every wild moves you closer to the next retrigger, and a round that reaches four wilds early has ten more spins to work with. Second, the current multiplier level, which tells you how much each new collection is worth. Third, the spins remaining when you reach 3x or 10x, because a high level with two spins left rarely changes much.

Those three figures explain almost every result the feature produces. They also make a demo session far more informative than a simple list of wins, since you can see which rounds climbed the ladder and which stalled at the first level.
