What makes Sweet Bonanza different

Sweet Bonanza arrived in 2019 and became the model for a long run of Pragmatic Play scatter pays slots. The screen is a 6x5 grid of fruit and sweets, there are no paylines, and a win needs 8 or more copies of one symbol anywhere on the grid. Position is irrelevant. Only the count matters, and that changes how you read every spin.

There is no wild. What lifts a result comes from two places: tumbles, which let a single paid spin produce several wins in a row, and multiplier bombs, which show up only in free spins. Understand those two and you understand the game.

One spin from start to finish

1. You choose your stake. The rupee minimum and maximum are listed in the game rules on each site.
2. All 30 cells fill with symbols and the game counts every symbol type across the grid.
3. Any type with 8 or more copies pays from the paytable. Several types can pay on the same spin.
4. Winning symbols vanish, symbols above them drop and new ones fall in from the top.
5. The grid is counted again. A fresh group of 8+ pays and the tumble repeats.
6. When nothing new forms, the sequence ends and its total goes to your balance.

This is a scatter pays system, not cluster pays. The 8 symbols do not have to touch: a banana in the top left corner counts together with one in the bottom right.

Paytable with rupee values

Nine regular symbols pay. The five fruits are the low tier, the four sweets are the high tier and the red heart sits on top. Values are multiples of your total bet for 8 to 9, 10 to 11, and 12 or more copies. The last column shows the 12+ payout at a ₹50 stake.

The step from 10 to 11 up to 12+ is sharp for every fruit. Apple jumps from 1.5x to 10x and plum from 1.2x to 8x, so a long tumble that keeps adding one fruit can be worth far more than a single medium hit. At the bottom, eight bananas on a ₹50 spin return ₹12.50. Many base game wins pay less than the spin cost, and that is normal here: the value sits in tumbles and the bonus.

The lollipop scatter

The lollipop is the scatter. It pays by itself and does not need a group of 8.

• 4 scatters pay 3x and award 10 free spins.
• 5 scatters pay 5x and award 10 free spins.
• 6 scatters pay 100x and award 10 free spins.

At a ₹50 stake, a six lollipop trigger is worth ₹5,000 before a single free spin. During the round, 3 or more scatters add 5 more free spins, and this can happen again.

Free spins and the multiplier bombs

The free spins round plays like the base game plus one extra: bombs. Each bomb carries a value from 2x to 100x. Bombs do not pay on their own and do not disappear during tumbles. They wait on the grid until the sequence is over.

When the sequence ends, the game adds up every bomb value that landed during it and applies that total to the whole sequence win. Added, not multiplied: 5x and 10x make 15x, not 50x. Worked example at ₹100

A free spin opens with 8 bananas for ₹25. They tumble away, the refill brings 10 grapes for ₹90, and then nothing else connects. The sequence win is ₹25 + ₹90 = ₹115.

During those tumbles three bombs landed: 5x, 10x and 2x. Together that is 17x, so the sequence pays ₹115 x 17 = ₹1,955. Put the same three bombs on a spin where no group of 8 forms and the payout is zero, because there is nothing for them to multiply.

Now a stronger case at the same stake. A sequence collects 12 apples (10x, so ₹1,000) with a single 25x bomb and returns ₹1,000 x 25 = ₹25,000. A big bonus needs two things at once: a real win inside the sequence and a healthy bomb total on top of it.

Double chance and bonus buy

Two optional modes exist, and you cannot use them together.

Double chance. Your bet rises by 25%, so a ₹40 stake costs ₹50. In return more scatters land and the chance of free spins doubles. It works like an ante bet: a fixed surcharge for a higher trigger rate.

Bonus buy. You pay 100x your stake to go straight to free spins, so ₹4,000 at ₹40. The bonus buy is disabled while double chance is on, so you pick one approach per session.

A bought round can return far less than 100x. Treat each buy as one large bet with a wide range of results, and size the session so that two or three below-cost bonuses in a row do not end it.

RTP, max win and what to read in the rules

The maximum win is 21,100x the stake, which is ₹2,11,000 at a ₹10 bet. The return to player depends on the build the operator has chosen, and the exact figure is printed in the game rules. Different sites can run different RTP builds of the same slot, so check the number whenever you open the game somewhere new.
